We arrived late, our flight delayed. Connie on reception was exceptional. She hurried through booking because we only had minutes before room service closed. The restaurant has closed earlier. Connie then went through to make sure an order for food could still be done. So, Connie is a star as far as we are concerned. She was not on reception when we booked out so we could not repeat our thanks for the effort she made on our behalf. Great customer service from Connie. Other staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Staff were very friendly 👌 Breakfast was perfect for me 👌 Sauna / Steam rooms & jacuzzi is something I love being able to have available when I stay in hotels so this I liked 👌 The location was great for me as I have a friend who lives 3 miles away 👌 and another who lives in the centre of Glasgow so the express (fast train) from Croy station meant I was there in approx 14 min (non stop) costing only £4.80 to which thanks to the staff on reception I didn't know about the fast train option as I was going to get taxi to Cumbernauld so thank you for telling me about the fast train 👌👌

As we have stayed here before we booked evening meal which was lovely. We only did breakfast on our last morning & again that was delicious. Location is perfect as we come up regularly to visit family & friends.

Rooms and facilities were excellent. Staff were accommodating to our requests and the food was very good. Location and golfing and leisure facilities were good and enjoyed by all.

Usual Doubletree type large hotel with pool. Room was fine, clean and reasonably spacious, good wifi. We used pool and plenty of space for a swim, also has sauna and steam room. As is often the case with these large hotels there was a wedding or two going on which tend to dominate the space. We didn't have breakfast. Evening meal was ok but restaurant has no atmosphere as so large, waitress apologising as apparently some people felt wait for food was too long but we were not in a rush so was fine. minimal vegetarian options

Comfortable room, good buffet breakfast and - very unusual in this day and age - tables set with adequate cutlery for breakfast - 2 knives a fork and a spoon. Good leisure facilities and comfortable lounge and bar. Large well lit car park

we really liked the layout of the hotel even though it was a bit difficult to navigate our way around ,it was well sign posted but still a bit difficult to find our way. very spacious ,room was lovely ,bed was comfortable. we loved the pool and sauna etc. all round lovely hotel ,really enjoyed our stay.
